Our mission
About the brand
Anaelia and Rose is a chic clothing brand 👗 and 🏡 home objects for, initially, women and women with disabilities in pre-order, then for men and men with disabilities, wishing to offer quality items worked with local artisans and artists and made for the majority of them from dormant stocks of luxury houses.
The four main objectives of Anaelia and Rose are :
- 👗Propose each outfit designed for people without disabilities, an outfit including adaptations for women with disabilities (eventually for men);
- 💰Donate 15% of its net profit to training people with disabilities in the fashion and textile sectors so that they can join these industries;
- 💭Provide tools to the fashion industry to better think about integrating differences into collections;
- ♿ Represent in several collections patterns on disability co-created collectively by manufacturers, textile designers and workers with and without disabilities.
Why Anaelia and Rose?
Anaelle is the name of a pretty young woman with multiple disabilities from Marseille who inspired this brand and who is her muse. Anaelia is the contraction of Anaelle and the first name of the founder, Aurélia.

This brand is much more than just a company, it is also the reflection of deep human stories, that of friendships between parents of children with disabilities, professionals in the medico-social sector and people concerned.

The first name Rose was chosen for the nod to color and the fight against cancer. A metaphor for the vagaries of life which is both sweet and spicy, it is also a nod to London where Aurélia was formed.
The brand established in Provence in Marseille was born in the middle of the Covid19 crisis within structures for people with multiple disabilities whose future was then uncertain.
"In the midst of the covid crisis, stressed by the plight of young people with multiple disabilities, I started drawing dresses again! A little girl’s passion. Women including women in wheelchairs, friends, loved them very much. It had been 5 years that I worked in the medical-social sector part disability, and yet I realized at that time and exchanging with them that no brand systematically offered its clothes with a,d without adaptations. Launching this small brand for all is a way to highlight the differences and the need for a more inclusive fashion for a more inclusive world. As one person whom I greatly appreciated, Jacques Pantaloni (former Rector and President of the ARI), said, if nature makes differences, let us be careful not to transform them in inequalities, which exclude". The idea is to campaign through fashion to make visible those who have been invisible to our society.

The team behind this project?
We are only three passionate people behind this project but three people well surrounded by industrialists, parents, people concerned who help us and whom we sincerely thank.

We also work with adapted companies, reintegration workshops and Esat in Provence and France.
We do our best to offer quality clothing to customers and include stakeholders in the disability sector, as often as we can, in the project.
The quality of the final product and the harmony with our partners guide our choices.

HEALTH : ⚕️
Anaelia and Rose works on the accessibility of clothing for women with disabilities, which is a source of well-being if we consider health according to the WHO definition, namely "a state of complete physical, mental and social".
JOB : 💼
Anaelia and Rose funds training for people with disabilities so that they eventually have access to decent jobs in the fashion and textile industries.
INNOVATION : 📊
Anaelia and Rose uses its expertise to identify the needs of people with disabilities and discusses these needs with fashion manufacturers. We are also seeking to implement a new, more efficient sizing system that takes into account individual differences by using statistical modeling based on big data.
INEQUALITIES : ⚖️
Anaelia and Rose wishes to help as much as possible to reduce inequalities towards women and men with disabilities.
ENVIRONMENT : 🌲
We mainly produce on pre-order and small quantities to be more environmentally friendly. We use dormant stocks from luxury homes for our products, 80% recycled materials.
